A journey that forces us to take a hard look at who we are, what we want and what we need. That might constantly change. I think setting realistic goals for yourself while also visualizing where you want to be is a huge step in getting to where you want to be. We definitely don’t want to choke!

In reality though, that kind of goal is a long way off and I guess for me, a goal needs to be practical and achievable. Set too high, you end up feeling like you failed before you probably even start…

I have 2 lots of goals… those that are set day to day, based on how I feel and those that are slightly longer term that I know I can achieve with smaller steps.

The way I see it, you try and cram a whole apple in your mouth, you’re gonna choke… taking small bits of that apple is gonna make it easier to digest…
