I can see the contestants limping and hobbling along.....giving each other shots....remicade drips in a make-shift hut....sitting around the camp fire comparing pain/RA stories....Starving and dwindling away cause of lack of energy and soreness to hunt or fish! oh sad! Well - maybe for once - people would actually see and understand what we go thru!!!! Funny but kinda sad too. But I would say it isn't entirely the doctors fault. I ended up having cancer and once I was done with that we saw that some of my symptoms persisted. It still took forever to figure out what was going on and I still got diagnosed with depression first because of the fatigue but now that I know what I am dealing with, I can handle it (most of the time anyway). (P.S. I have been reading for a while but had to work up the courage to comment) I would definitely be in the 2nd group on diagnosis. But I would say it isn’t entirely the doctors fault.
