What a delightful scene. Were you alone or someone special with you to enjoy the sun?

I have used positive imagery for many years, am a firm believer in it. Not for just health matters, finances and general well-being mostly. I “think happy”. It also..for me..works the other way. If I dwell too much on my ails and pains, they get worst. Our mind is a powerful tool.
