The one I watched was Hollywood Squares. They had some pretty racy answers that I usually didn’t get but my mom thought were hilarious!
I don’t know what I would do without digital cable. I love to read but some days I can’t hold a book.
Decided to test myself, so Saturday I “helped” my husband mow the lawn. Sunday…never got out of bed. So much for that little experiment. Note to self, you still have RA even if you are feeling OK. Don’t push it!

I have also learned (and it was very hard for me to give this control over to RA) to do what you can and don’t overdo it. Of course I still have to get out and overdo it every once in a while. I have just finished painting the exterior doors on my house this morning, I should have painted them last year! Painted a year late but they are just fine. I’m a work in progress.

I grew up a few years before you (the 60′s) and remember those shows well.My favorite was High Rollers and Password, followed by my favorite soap opera, Dark Shadows (insert creepy music here)
The mountain climber was always my mom’s favorite game, and is a good analogy. The past week I have been to the top of the cliff several times, just to be saved by a minor miracle.Today is a save the energy day, as I have to work 3 nights this weekend. Darn stork never takes a break.
When my kids were in elementary school I worked nights, grandma always came over in the mornings during vacation times, and she and the kids would watch Price is Right together while they ate lunch. When my mom’s birthday came around my oldest son who was 10 at the time, asked me for some fancy wrapping paper and a bow to wrap his present for my mom. He gave her a shoebox sized package full of crumpled newspaper, but in the middle there were 2 tickets for a price is right taping,and a contestant tag he made. Turns out he had to write a business letter for school, so he wrote to Bob Barker and asked for tickets for his grandma. The timing was never right for her to go to California due to health issues.After she passed away I found the tickets in her scrapbook…and the tickets are still good for admission. Maybe one day!
