Hubby bought me one of these for Xmas a few years back, when I was having a lot of trouble with my hands. I set it up in a permanent spot in my bathroom and, when my hands are bad, I leave it turned on and dip my hands several times/day, but give them an especially long soak just before bed and just after waking up in the morning. The heat is indescribably delicious and really helps a lot with the pain and stiffness.

I love them too! It’s my Sunday night thing. I keep it on a rolling cart so I can roll it out when I want to use it. I just wish there was a paraffin bath I could sink into up to my neck! LOL. I don’t know about using it during football though. I jump around a lot during the game and the wax might fly. 😉

I like my paraffin bath, too. The worse I feel, the better the wax feels. I find that the wax melts quicker when it’s in small chunks.

Thanks for the comment on my blog. Are those shoes in any particular store? I would definately want to look in to it with winter around the corner.
BTW I LOVE paraffin baths. I’ve had it done once at a friends house.
