I also use essential oils as one of the ways of supporting my well being during the day. Typically I’m adding drops of my oils to a tissue and waving it around. Not the most effective method. I like that this one does not have a flame or heat. Perfect for the office. I find that using oils help me de-stress and focus better which in turn can cut the vicious cycle of stress, tensing up, causing more pain. I use Rosemary, Lavender and a blend called Abundance.
