Like Amy, I set a cell phone alarm. My phone is capable of storing up to 5 different recurring alarms, so it's set to go off twice a day at the same times every day, and I never have to think about it. My only problem is that sometimes I ignore it!

I like your pill kit! I have one too, but yours seems more flexible since you can remove parts of it. Mine is an AM-PM kit and it's about the size of an old-fashioned pencil case. I'm almost always home at the times I need to take my meds, but when I know I'm going to be out, I put the pills for that time into a cute little metal pillbox to carry in my purse. I bought an extra-pretty one to cheer myself up - it has a picture of two healing hands forming the shape of a heart.

I have done my hubbies pills in the same kind of 4x7 organizer, but it didn't have the removeable days. I always end up with a little baggie of his meds in my purse when I go out. Will have to look for this one. (actually 2, cuz he has so many pills I set up 2 weeks at a time, one of my least favorite chores since he is on at least a dozen meds, plus more supplements)
I have a circular weekly organizer I use when I go on trips, and every Monday and Tuesday after I take my MTX and Enbrel, I email myself to remember next weeks dose..the email stays until I take the dose.

That one looks useful! I've seen 3x7, but not 4x7. I also haven't seen ones that allow you to remove a single day to cart about when you're on the go. Thank you. I'll look for one next time I'm out and about.
