I have to agree with you. I have to normally get my husband to open packages for me. I also believe we shouldn't stop there. I have had to transfer just about every personal item/bath item - such as shampoo - body wash and such into pump bottles. I purchase soaps from companies that offer a large pump bottle design. Once that item is used up, I then clean it out and then put my shampoo or body wash into it and label it. Pump bottles are so much easier to use then trying to fight with the shampoo bottle in the bath. I also hope someday they will create a toothpaste tube that doesn't require squeezing to get it out. Yes! We need to send a message and our voices to help create arthritis friendly bottles/containers for the growing RA society. Glad I found this blog! Great postings here!

You know what I have been thinking about since your post on packaging is the need to have hairspray bottles that are designed for everyone. There are days I cannot spray my own hairspray on and have to have the kids help while I tell them where to spray. I hate it!

Enough about me. Yay for you getting your post noticed. Changes will happen.
