I'm not especially religious. All hallowed eve followed by All Saints day (not the pop group) used to be a mixture of pagan festivals and catholic ideas. Not so now.. I know you don't have bonfire's night, or Guy Fawkes on Nov 5th, but heck, all my hand and arm joints hurt. When you say "that guy", it derives from Guy Fawkes, alledgedly. Here, we say, "that bloke" or "that chap". When I lived in the USA, I had to say "that guy"...and I thought, was it to do with old Guido?
In the UK we have such a problem with "passing on". In the South Americas, people seem to embrace the idea more...I may be wrong. But...at least although psoriatic arthritis may make my life frustrating, irritating and potentially life sapping it won't kill me.
