Good for you!! I haven't been good about exercising lately, even with simple stretching. However, my body feels somewhat different after the Rituxan infusions and is telling me that I need to work on some movement.

Those blocks are very interesting. I haven't done any yoga in a long time which would put stress on my wrists and using fists has been just as unlikely due to pressure on the knuckle joints. The blocks look to be a good solution. Let us know if you decide to try them.

Wow -- thanks for showing us the Gripitz blocks, RA Guy. This is exactly what I need -- it's been years since I was able to bend my right wrist and support my weight for exercise. Like, oh, 20 at least. I could do it supporting myself on that side on my fist -- but that just wasn't practical for more than a few seconds at a time, and it threw me off balance. These blocks will absolutely correct the problem.

And bravo for you, working out a way to exercise each day in spite of the flares. I've been letting myself slack off on the gym workouts because of my sore hands, but I'm beginning to understand that my hands are just going to be sore all the time, period, so I might as well make sure they and the rest of me stays strong and flexible. As usual, you're an inspiration. Thanks!

Yay for you! I needed to hear this today. I partly feel the need to be doing more physical activity and partly I don't. But, maybe I can meet my body somewhere in the middle. Enjoy your workouts.
