Many’s the time I’ve almost decided to call in sick, then went ahead and toughed it out. It’s as if the mind relaxes, somehow.

I’m glad that you’ve been successful in convincing your body to save up the hard parts of the flares for a time when you’re more able to cope with them. Incredible, that is, and such a triumph! I’m also glad you’re enjoying teaching, RA Guy. It’s all so very good.

That said, I also wish your rheuma would just give you a good, long break from pain, too. Sending warm thoughts your way …
