Mornings are when I am at my best mentally and worst (right now) physically. BUT, if I can slug down my 800mg ibuprofen and hit the tennis courts, I ultimately feel better afterward. It’s hard to get going when your feet and hands are not cooperating, but it’s almost like I am the Tin Man and just need my oil can. lol. Exercise is like my oil can. Thanks, as always, for your inspiration. You really ARE a superhero!

Thank you for this post. I found it inspiring. I have been going to the water park ALOT with my family this summer. They have a wave pool which is sooo relaxing. All the best to you. Namaste!
