I have never been in a deep pain in my live. Before I had a very less knowledge regarding this sickness.
Since I was diagnosed of Rheumatoid Arhtristis. I took my time reading around to get more informations. It is going to be just a few days that i was back to the normal.
I decide to go twice a week to the swimming pool and do yoga. i hope it will help.

I too, have had some issues recently. I have had an upper respiratory infection along with my recently diagnosed pulmonary embolus, so going to the pool and even walking for longer than two or three minutes just winds me and makes me cough and cough and cough and….

It again, is nice (despite the rubbish circumstances) to have other people to relate to in this regard. Over the last couple of days Ive just been stepping up the housework and stuff to get the joints back into motion and just generally trying to up the level of motion as I start feeling more and more like my usual self (sans shortness of breath and coughing).
