I have just been diagnosed with RA after fighting breast cancer. If it’s not one thing it’s another for me. It took a year before I was finally diagnosed, but what a relief! I’m on pred. & meth. – so far so good. I’m going to try your recipe too – veggie wellington. Looks wonderful.
