My shoulder still screaming and I have miles to go before I can stop for the day, so instead of writing out the whole thing, I’m just going to give you a link to a post I wrote a long time ago about it http://theseatedview.blogspot.com/2005/11/five-of-cups.html. pardon the shameless self motion, but… y’know. Shoulder.

And yes, it is hard work to think that way, but it begins to become part of who you are. You put words to exactly how I feel. I would love for others who do not have a chronic condition experience this. Keep em’ comin!

I think you’ve it the nail on the head. When a resolution isn’t applicable, coping is the solution.

So many of the RA sites focus on the negative. It’s important to vent, but there needs to be balance. We are sharing the only precious life we have with RA, so I feel like we need to embrace it and move forward. Your site is the only place I have found that inspires me and let’s me see the little Superhero in me. Thank you RA Guy.

It is so true that staying positive doesn’t mean you don’t experience a multitude of emotions. For me, a positive attitude is my number one way of managing my RA and life in general. Thanks for being such an inspiration!
