I had a rough RA day too today but appreciating the smiles on my kids faces today melted all that away. Yes, my RA prevented me from getting done what I had planned to do (and it seems to always flare when I have a lot going on), but maybe that’s so I could focus on my kids rather than that to do list, which I won’t ever be completely caught up on anyway. There’s always something to be done, but taking care of myself and my kids needs to stay my priority. i so enjoy your site! Thanks, Tanya

Of course I should add how well I cope with challenges to my daily review of what got done! When you just focus on the things on the to do list, sooner or later you get sucked into beating yourself up because you didn’t get everything done.
