We (myself, Cathy, and Lene) have done some research regarding non-profit incorporation requirements, and have put together an estimated budget which includes the following items:

$800 State and Internal Revenue Service filing and registration fees
$700 Internet, telephone, and additional operating expenses
$300 Professional services (accounting and legal)
$200 Training books and educational materials (internal)

This gives us an estimated total of $2000.
