My heart goes out to you as a fellow ra-er. Perhaps one day there will be a cure for us all. In the meantime you keep on smiling. This has been my motto from day one of diagnoses…and that was going on 14 years ago. Thank you so much for sharing your story.

So glad to see some real faces of Rheumatoid arthritis. I get so tired of the magazines painting a picture of only old people or people with mild to moderate RA or even pictures or commercials that show one patient doing well with an expensive biologic or chemo. Not everyone is successful with treatment. And no matter how you slice it, RA is a chronic painful disease of all ages, race and gender. Praying for a cure. God bless us all.

So sorry that RA has hit you so hard and that your treatment is limited by other conditions. Being a Reiki Master myself, I am happy to hear that Reiki is helping you manage your pain. You are a true survivor. Keep on smelling those roses!
