Opening a can is painful or downright impossible using a manual can-opener. I have the Black &Decker KEC600 Cordless Can Opener for those days when my hands are just too sore. This gadget works beautifully -- runs along the edge of the can by itself and sits in a small recharger so it's always ready to go. Check it out: http://www.amazon.com/Black-Decker-KEC600-Cordless-Opener/dp/B00005MF9Q/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1255211383&sr=8-6

I love my p.w. minor shoes that are made for arthritic feet. They are built deeper, wider, more support, etc.

I have nodules in my feet so finding shoes sometimes is impossible. I've been confined to Crocs pretty much - thankfully I don't have to leave the house too often, LOL! Looking forward to reading this string to hear some more uh...fashionable? ideas!

I have sandals very similar to those that I got at Kohl's. I liked them so much I bought an extra pair. Luckily I can wear them year round in Florida!
I also like Merrels. I have to admit, shoes were my weakness back in the pre-RA days, so I try to look for cute and no heels now.Clarks are another brand i like, very comfy and they have lots of styles to chose from.

During the summer months I am wearing Ecco sandals which I LOVE.
http://www.shoebuy.com/ecco-yucatan-sandal-69563/154797/358356
They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. During the winter I wear Dansko and Merrell which I like too but they don't quite compete with the comfort of Ecco. Unfortunately Ecco doesn't have the most attractive shoes for the fall. Any suggestions on a comfortable woman's shoe that can easily be worn with jeans and casual slacks?
