RA Guy Sighting

RA Guy has been sighted.

*****

We’re enjoying the last few days of my parents’ visit – this Thursday morning they make the long journey back to their home in Texas.

*****

Speaking of Texas, here’s hoping that the Dallas Cowboys win this afternoon!

One of the best things about tutoring younger kids is that I get to read books that I myself have not read since high school. At the moment, I am currently starting to read The Hobbit once again. Funny thing, I still remember visualizing the characters the first time I read it. Now, all the pops into head are the characters from the Lord of the Rings movies.

*****

Enjoyed watching Sherlock Holmes this weekend.

Stay tuned…for the next adventure of Rheumatoid Arthritis Guy!

What a beautiful, colorful town to be ambling along in, soaking up the rays. Cool sticks you’ve got there, too. ;) Wonderful photo, RA Guy. Enjoy your time with your folks and feel good, eh?

Thanks for all of the wishes!

Oh, I forgot to mention, this is also my new RA-friendly backpack – it allows me to just sling it over one shoulder, instead of having to put both arms through – which can sometimes be difficult to do when my shoulder are acting up!

And, it has one of those cool little pouches on the strap for my cell phone, which makes it easily accessible. What more could I want?

The crutches are also a relatively recent upgrade…dropped the standard medical forearm crutches, and upgraded for something with a little more style.

On a personal note, it’s not a coincidence that RA Guy is blue. Blue is my favorite color…followed by Orange. Darn, the Cowboys lost, but at least with my colors I’d make a great Broncos fan!

It is like an episode of “where’s Waldo?”
