RA has affected me as a person but didn’t change who I was. I learned to live with RA on a daily basis. The medicine is finally working. I also learned to cope with the pain.

I think that is the most important thing about having JA. I was diagnosed at the age of 3 and 14 years later it has taken a long time to not identify myself as having JA, but rather being a person by myself with other qualities.
Hi Morris…so sorry your RA had to flare up. I just had a few week long pain free spell, and then the RA came back with a vengance. Enjoy the pain free days while you have them.

I have osteomylitis of the left foot and leg;since 1942 . as you age things get worse. I have slipped back disks, scoliosis (due to lenght difference on the left leg ;3 inches shorter than the right, I also have a fused left foot that does not allow me to do a lot of exercises. Maybe the ra kit might help.
