Read the guided imagery repost…loved the poster! I am imagining me asleep in a big fluffy bed…in total darkness, with none of the cats jumping on me. (And in 10 minutes that’s where I reall will be, I worked last night, but sadly I will have the cats jumping on me in my sleep)
