Kerrie Dawson, aka Rheuma Girl, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 18 months ago and is already taking positive action by organising an exciting fashion show in aid of Arthritis Care.
The event will take place in Alcester on 19 February 2011 and tickets cost £6 each. The funds raised will go towards local work in Central England.
The night will include:
- a catwalk show from a major high street label
- live music from F4
- a raffle with some great prizes
- beauty treatments including a spray tan
- champagne and canapes on arrival
- surprise celebrity guests

At the age of 22 I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I did not know much about the disease but it seemed my life would never be the same again. After months of despair, loosing a loved one and giving up my dream job I am finally coming to terms with my condition. I realised that I am not alone and with the help of incredibly supportive family and friends I can live a normal life and will not be beaten by this.
