wonderful video…just how do you know if what the doc says is arthritis, is not rheumatoid-arthritis. My knee has been killing me for over a year now…

Hello RA Guy, this is the first time I have ever visited your blog, so I wanted to leave a comment for you. Now, I am sure you get a lot of comments on your site, and you probably don’t accept that many. However, I do hope you take a second to read mine and have a look at the infographic I want to share with you today. I helped to put together an infographic in honor of Arthritis Awareness Month this year. Even though it is July, I figured that it wouldn’t hurt to reach out to some more people this month. This particular post really drew me in because I feel like this is a particularly harmful misconception. Exercise is an essential aspect of managing arthritis in the long run. In any case, please let me know if you are interested in seeing my arthritis awareness infographic.
